  • Returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted. Each order is considered a final sale.
  • While we cannot provide compensation for lost, missing, or damaged crystals, we recommend considering the option of shipping insurance. This safeguards your treasures during their journey to your doorstep.

We take pride in our commitment to environmental stewardship. With every order, we contribute $1 to support The Environmental Defense Fund. A global non-profit organization whose work spans 79 countries and is dedicated to conserving lands and waters on which all life depends, using a science-based approach to protect nature and preserve biodiversity.

Shipping: 

Our shipping policies are designed to ensure the safety of your crystals and metaphysical treasures. Please consider the following: 

  • All orders are considered final sales. 
  • All orders valued $35+ pre-tax ship free unless otherwise noted in the listing.
  • Our shipping schedule follows a specific rhythm. Orders placed after 5PM EST on the night before our shipping days (Monday and Thursday) will be processed during the subsequent shipping cycle.
