TikTok Live Sale Policy

  1. Please make sure you are following @moonflowercrystal on TikTok and please be sure to accept a follow request from our account (if you are using a private account) in the event we need to reach out regarding your basket.
  2. To claim an item during a live sale, please comment the item's specific combination of letters and numbers (SKU number). The price will always correspond with the numbers in the item's SKU. 
  3. The first person that we see on our end to comment that item's SKU number will win that item. 
  4. No put-backs or trades are permitted at this time. 
  5. Baskets will be finalized and listed on our website within 24 hours of the end of the live sale unless otherwise communicated by Laura or Jessica. We will personally notify all shoppers via our business account @moonflowercrystal on TikTok once your basket invoice is available. DO NOT accept invoices or communications regarding your basket from any other accounts, we will ONLY contact you via @moonflowercrystal on TikTok. 
  6. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your basket invoice. If not paid within that time, your basket will be considered forfeit and automatically cancelled. The items will then be made available again for a future live sale. 
  7. Cancelled baskets due to failure to submit payment within the allotted timeframe will result in your being blocked from future live sales.

Returns & Exchanges

At Moonflower Crystal Bar, we are committed to providing you with the finest treasures from the cosmos. As we journey together, please note that: 

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges - all sales are final.
  • We do not reimburse for lost, missing, damaged, or stolen packages. 

For your peace of mind, we recommend considering shipping insurance and remember that all orders come with tracking, guiding your cosmic treasures safely to your door. 

Cancellations

As we curate your celestial treasures, kindly note: 

  • Cancellations are only accepted within the first 4 hours of placing an order, after that time period, orders can no longer be canceled.
